Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 frozen zucchnini, chopped

½ cup chopped cucumber

1 handful baby spinach

½ cup milk alternative/water

1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder

1 tsp maca powder (optional)

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp almond butter
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a blender or Nutribullet.
- Blend until smooth, adding additional milk as needed (as little as necessary so your smoothie will be thick)
- Pour into two bowls and top with berries or fruit of choice, nuts, seeds or gluten-free granola.
