Super green smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  •  1 cup zucchnini, chopped (frozen is best)
  •  ½ cup chopped cucumber
  •  1 handful baby spinach
  •  ½ cup milk alternative/water
  •  1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
  •  1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  •  ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  •  2 tsp almond butter

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender or Nutribullet.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding additional milk as needed (as little as necessary so your smoothie will be thick)
  3. Pour into two bowls and top with berries or fruit of choice, nuts, seeds or gluten-free granola.
