WHAT KIND OF FOODS ARE ON THE PLAN?
You’ll be focusing on real, natural and whole foods in this program. The recipe book includes over 100 recipes to choose from, so you will have a wide menu selection. You are also not restricted to following our Thrive recipes and can incorporate your own. (Provided you stick to the ingredients guidelines)
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS DURING THE RESET?
We recommend you steer clear from caffeine, dairy, gluten, sugar and processed foods to experience the full benefits of the Thrive Health Reset program. We will however guide you through this, offering support and guidance to help minimize any possible withdrawals. The main focus of this program is the abundance of nutrients that ARE included in the program.
WILL I BE HUNGRY DURING THE RESET?
The recipes you will be eating during this 10-Day Program are designed for you to feel satisfied, nourished and refuel your body naturally. Therefore, no, you will definitely not be hungry!
CAN YOU DO THIS RESET IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
Dietary restrictions should not be done whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. We are however in the process of creating a pregnancy Nutrition Program, which will be launching soon.
WHAT IF I AM VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN?
Our Thrive Health Reset program limits meat and dairy, so we have included many vegetarian and vegan meals within the Thrive Program and recipe collection. The Reset therefore caters to everyone.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL FOODS I WILL NEED TO BUY?
It really depends on how you are currently eating. Our program is very much whole foods based. Therefore, you would need to buy a lot of fruit and vegetables and legumes – maybe more than usual. There is also value in buying superfoods and healthy fats such as avocado, nuts, seeds etc. This can be costly however it is not vital.
WILL I FEEL TIRED?
You may experience feeling tired during the first few days as you remove foods that are wreaking havoc on your system unknowingly, but many people experience feeling more alert, more focused and report having weight loss even within the first few days.
